Airtronic M D4 service exchange terms & conditions.

Qualifying heaters 25.2113.05.

To benefit from our service exchange offer, a non-functioning qualifing Eberspacher Airtronic M D4 should be sent with payment. The faulty heater must be complete and free from corrosion, all screws fasteners within the heater must be removable and not seized.

If a non-qualifying heater is sent, or no heater at all, then an additional payment will become immediately due.

Should a customer choose to pay the full price to receive a reconditioned heater in advance of the removal of a faulty unit, Espar will credit an amount equal to the difference between full price and exchange price, if the faulty qualifing heater is returned within 21 working days.

Espar service/exchange Airtronic M D4 heaters come with a 90 day back to base warranty. In the unlikely event of the heater failing within the first 90 days from the date of supply, simply return the unit to us for repair or replacement. The reconditioned heater we will supply will always be like for like, i.e 25.2113.05 faulty unit will be replaced by the same reconditioned model. If a reconditioned heater is requested prior to the removal of the faulty unit, then a type 25.2113.05 will be provided.
