Hydronic D4WSC service exchange terms & conditions.

Qualifying heaters 25.2219.05, 25.2221.05, 25.2257.05 & 25.2391.05.

To benefit from our service exchange offer, a non-functioning qualifing Eberspacher Hydronic D4WSC or D5WSC should be sent with payment. The faulty heater must be complete, watertight to 30 PSI and free from corrosion, all screws fasteners within the heater must be removable and not seized. A returned heater that has not had antifreeze used, will not qualify.

If a non-qualifying heater is sent, or no heater at all, an additional payment will become immediately due.

Should a customer choose to pay full price to receive a reconditioned heater in advance of the removal of a faulty unit, Espar will credit an amout equal to the difference between full price and exchange price so long as a faulty qualifing heater is returned within 21 working days.

Espar service/exchange Hydronic D4WSC heaters come with a 90 day back to base warranty. In the unlikely event of the heater failing within the first 90 days from the date of supply, simply return the unit to us for repair or replacement.
